1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Nina Live (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this service.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

Nina Live provides one-time purchases for live video sessions featuring adult entertainment content. All services are one-time purchases with no recurring billing.

Services Available:

• Lounge Pass: $10 for 60-minute access to exclusive content and chat features
• Private Sessions: $50-$200 for 5-20 minute one-on-one live video sessions

4. Content Ownership and Copyright

All content created by Nina, including but not limited to live video streams, photos, and chat interactions, is owned by Nina and protected by copyright law. This content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

You may NOT:

• Record, screenshot, or capture any content from the Platform
• Share, distribute, or republish any Platform content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Download or store Platform content on any device

5. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from requesting or engaging in the following during sessions:

• Non-consensual sexual acts
• Any content involving minors (under 18)
• Bestiality, bodily excretions, blood/gore content
• Extreme violence, forced terminology, or rape scenarios
• Incest, kidnapping, abduction themes
• Self-mutilation, suffocation content

Violations result in immediate session termination.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by CCBill, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to CCBill’s terms of service.

6.2 Billing Process

• Card authorized at purchase, charged when session starts
• No-show policy: If you fail to join your session, you forfeit your lounge deposit only

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case by CCBill Consumer Support. Contact CCBill at 888.596.9279 or https://support.ccbill.com for refund requests.

7. Technical Support

For technical issues preventing your session, contact support@nina.live. We will reschedule your session within 24 hours at no additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nina Live and Nina provide services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for technical interruptions, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing issues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by [State/Province] law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
